Does it seem like more people are developing "food allergies"?  Take a look at your diet.  If you are like me, your weekly food plan consists of only a handful of ingredients, with wheat and dairy probably at the top of the list.  Based on my own adventures with food sensitivities I developed the recipes here based on months of testing, tasting and attempting to create healthy "new" foods that my entire family could enjoy.  Most contain no wheat, no dairy and in their current form are completely vegetarian, though they are easily adaptable to your own family preferences.
